Serve this healthy pudding with a variety of fruit flavors to compliment your dish at the dinner table. Agar, which contains fibers, and fruit, which contains vitamins and minerals, are also rich in antioxidant, good for digestion and overall body health.
Ingredients:
Layer 1:
500 ml juice from 1 kg sweet orange
1 packet yellow agar
100 g sugar

Layer 3:
500 g seedless watermelon, cut into pieces
100 ml water
1 packet red agar
100 g sugar

How to make:
Layer 1:
1. Cook orange juice, yellow agar, sugar and salt until boiling.
2. Pour three ladles into the mold.
Layer 2:
3. Put melon and water in blender and puree.
4. Pour into a pan.
5. Add green agar, sugar and salt, and cook until boiling.

17. Once hardened, cut into slices and serve.
