It's fresh to break your fasting. It's also fresh when served as a dessert in a pure day.
Ingredients:
200 g papayas, raked round
200 g green melon, raked round
500 ml water + 1 tsp slaked lime
200 g sugar
500 ml water
½ tsp salt
3 g sappanwood
200 g nata de coco
200 g seaweed
1 tbsp basil seed
How to make:
1. Soak papayas and melon in a solution of limewater for one hour.
2. Drain and flush with lukewarm water. Set aside.
4. To make syrup, cook sugar, water, salt and sappanwood to a boil over low heat. Strain. Chill.
3. Mix papayas, melon, nata de coco, seaweed and basil seed with syrup. Stir.
4. Store in a refrigerator for one hour and serve.
For 10 cups.
