Fresh and healthy, this menu can be eaten warm, or cold when put into the refrigerator first.
Ingredients:
1 l water
100 g sugar
7 cloves
5 g cinnamon
5 pandan leaves
7 saba bananas, cut askew
200 g kolang-kaling, washed, cut into two
How to make:
1. Boil water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and pandan leaves.
2. Once it boils, add saba banana and kolang-kaling. Cook.
3. Once it's cool, store the stew in the refrigerator.
For 8 servings.
