Jin Shin Jyutsu is done only with a light and gentle touch. However, the result is a relaxed and healthy body. It's such as acupuncture without needles and acupressure without pressure.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is the art of harmonizing the mind, body, and soul applied as a therapy through a light hand touch. The light hand touch will work just like the needles in acupuncture.

Touch conducted on specific points, such as acupuncture, is done with gentle pressure, not as hard as acupressure or reflexology. A very safe and natural healing art that doesn't cause negative side effects can be done by yourself, and there's no overdose.

Really, physical, mental, and emotional illnesses are caused by the attitude of the heart. There're five heart attitudes that cause the diseases, i.e., anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and pretense.

In terms of holistic therapy, physical illness is believed to be originated from your mind where you're not sincere through life. It's then affecting and interfering with the body's internal organs. If the function of the organs begins to fail, there're many physical ailments then arise.

Furthermore, in the whole universe and every individual is pure life energy flowing. Breath is the most fundamental expression of this life energy. In a state of harmony or good health, the life energy can move and flow freely.

If the movement of energy is blocked, it's resulting variety of complaints and discomfort in the body.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu, the human body consists of several fuses which provide signals or alarms if the energy ain't harmonious and uninterrupted. The signal ain't always in a fuse; it could be somewhere else.

If you have a shortness of breath associated with the respiratory system, the lungs provide a signal of breathlessness. In Jin Shin Jyutsu, the shortness of breath is sought the causes deeper mentally and emotionally.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu, the shortness of breath is related to mental and emotional feelings of sadness. So, that should be exhumed what sorrow is stored in you. So, shortness of breath ain't always due to pollution and respiratory problems.

Similarly is the disease of gastric acid; you can experience chronic gastritis. It's been treated to anywhere but never healed. In Jin Shin Jyutsu, the symptoms of gastric acid or indigestion are something to do with anxiety, such as fear of the future.

Concerns ain't always about uncomfortable things gonna happen. Fun things, such as riding position and seeing boyfriend, could have made the imbalance of energy.

Although the attitudes of the heart, such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and pretense disrupt your health, don't be bullied but watch out. Precisely, these feelings make you a human being. Jin Shin Jyutsu invites you to recognize yourself in depth through the body.

Any feeling or attitude of the heart is a signal that needs to consider. The body gives a sign or signal; you need to observe it if you wanna stay balanced and healthy.

Symptoms of any illness should be treated. In Jin Shin Jyutsu, you'd first identify what the purpose of this perceived body signal is. To feel, live, contemplate, or meditate, you'll slowly know what the real cause of the illness.

Automatically, perceived pain symptoms can gradually be recovered, even possibly without any treatment at all. It's enough with the soft touch on certain points and identifying yourself more deeply.

The way is by grasping your fingers of each hand for three minutes softly and relaxedly. It can be done for 20 minutes in a relaxed state every day.

Index helps functions of kidney and bladder, and cleanses fear.

Middle finger helps functions of liver and gallbladder, and cleanses angry.

Ring finger helps functions of lungs and large intestine, and cleanses sadness.

Pinky helps functions of the heart and small intestine, and cleanses pretense.
