Another way to eating vegetables can be with a salad like this recipe. In addition to low fat and calorie, the salad contains enough fiber suitably consumed to lose weight.
Variation of vegetables in this salad can be added, for example, with broccoli or cauliflower.
Ingredients:
50 g of lettuce, torn
15 mint leaves
100 g of cucumber, sliced into ½ cm
½ sweet corn, boiled, combed
100 g of pineapple, diced into 1½ cm
100 g of tomatoes, diced into 1 cm
1 tbsp of sugar
100 g of fat-free mayonnaise
¼ tsp of mustard
1 tbsp of tomato sauce
How to make:
Mix sugar, mayonnaise, mustard, and tomato sauce to make a sauce.
Mix the rest ingredients in a container.
Cover tightly.
Store in a refrigerator.
To serve, put salad on the plate, and pour the sauce over.
For 5 servings.
