Ingredients:
150 g of washed rice
2 l of water
250 g of chicken breast fillet diced into 1 cm
5 cloves of minced garlic
1 pureed onion
2 cm of thinly sliced ginger
2 tsp of fish sauce
Salt
Black/white pepper
1 stalk of thinly sliced spring onion
½ tsp of lemon/lime juice
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Chili powder
How to make:
Saute half of the garlic until fragrant. Enter ginger and onion.
Pour into rice. Add the water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly so as not to scorch.
When the porridge is already half done, put the chicken pieces. Stir well.
Meanwhile, fry the rest of garlic to dry. Set aside.
After the porridge is cooked, give fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
When will be eaten, add the fried garlic, scallions, and lemon juice. If you wanna taste slightly spicy, add chili powder.
For 4 servings.
