Ingredients:
300 g of cantaloupe
300 g of melon
300 g of coconut
200 g of avocado
200 g of seaweed
50 g of jackfruit diced into 1 cm
50 g of red Chinese perfume
300 ml of coconut water
100 ml of white sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes
Pandan syrup:
250 ml of water
100 g of sugar
5 pcs of torn, concluded pandan leaves
¼ tsp of salt
How to make:
Boil Chinese perfume until bloomed. Flush with cold water. Drain.
Put all the fruits in a bowl.
Give coconut water, ice cubes, pandan syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Serve.
Pandan syrup:
Boil the syrup ingredients over low heat. Filter.
