Ingredients:
250 g of banana.
75 g of raisins.
100 g of margarine.
50 g of dairy butter.
125 g of sugar.
5 egg yolks.
3 egg whites beaten until stiff.
125 g of flour.
½ tsp of baking powder.
How to make:
Beat margarine, dairy butter, sugar until white with mixer.
Add egg yolks one by one while shaken with mixer until well blended.
Puree bananas with spoon. Add into dough.
Add raisins too. Stir well.
Add flour, baking powder as sifted. Stir well.
Beat egg whites until stiff with clean mixer.
Pour batter. Mix well with spatula.
Pour batter into baking pan smeared with margarine.
Bake in oven at 180°C.
For 12 pieces.
Culinary tip:
Bananas should be crushed just before put into the dough so that the banana doesn't change color, and cake is fluffy well.
