- 130 grams of margarine
- 50 grams of dairy butter
- 80 grams of powdered sugar
- 225 grams of flour
- 100 grams of cashew nuts, roasted
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- Beat the margarine and dairy butter and sugar until soft.
- Add the flour little by little while stirred. Interspersed with cashews but not for too long stirred.
- Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Remove the dough. Roll 0.5 cm thick. Shape according to taste.
- Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Beat the egg white until slightly frothy.
- Add the powdered sugar gradually while continuing to shake. Last, insert lemon juice. Stir well. If you want the glaze not only white, divide the dough into pieces, then give a few drops of food coloring.
- Apply the glaze evenly to the surface of the cake until the desired thickness is obtained. It could also be done with syringe but not to touch the cake.
- Allow the glaze to dry completely.
